11:00AM PDST RALLY CONTINUES UP TO THE 75% RETRACE POINT
10:44AM PDST GOOD RALLY AFTER THE BOMBING
9:31AM PDST GOLD DOES A QUICK RALLY AND IMMEDIATELY IS KNOCKED DOWN

Gold quickly rallied to one tick above the preceding
high at 79140 and immediately sells off, almost like
there was someone that didn't want gold to go higher...hmmmm !
The trading on the Comex is beyond ridiculous at this point.
There are so many commenting on it now, that anyone
that still thinks this market isn't manipulated, is considered
a complete idiot, or seriously uninformed.
You know, like the vast majority of American lemmings.
8:26AMPDST STILL DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A RALLY IS COMING
7:05AM PDST A NICE $10 RALLY THAT WILL NOW BE SOLD OFF COMPLETELY

If the pull back only goes to the 75% fib at 791
(not shown here)gold might have a chance at a second leg up,
although the up volumes don't last very long and
aren't particularly strong volumes. Euro tried to
rally, but has dipped back down. Oil has moved up
to the 74s, Dow rallied on the open but is now pulling
back, Bonds have moved up a bit but are still in a
major sell off as they should be.
6:55AM PDST GOLD SHOWS NO STRENGTH TO THE UPSIDE YET

Gold often goes down to the previous close before
rallying (the turquoise line). With the lack of volume
to the upside on any of these fast fading rallies, gold
should sink to the 75% fib at 782 before any type of
good rally will occur. Plus, the manipulators have so
damaged this market, that it appears that there is
nothing left but the hardest core traders battling
among themselves for scraps.
6:34AM PDST GOLD WILL GO DOWN TO THE NEXT 75% FIB AT 782
5:44AM PDST GOLD IS BEING PRESSURED DOWN

Gold just dropped after this shot.
Notice that gold was going nowhere, then it
had quick rally which the shorts took advantage
of and bombed it immediately. Now, traders
are going to bail out, just what the shorts and
Guv'mint want.
All this is happening as I'm listening to the
Jim Puplava audio clip I posted on GoldtraderComments blog.

4:50[PM PDST GOLD BREAKS OUT OF DOWN FLAG

Gold breaks above the blue down trend channel
and stops one tick below 715, the previous high.
Euro is rising. Bonds have fallen into the 112s raising
long term rates which is what needs to happen to
attract investors to the dollar, but is devastating to
the housing market and capital investment in the
remaining industries we still have.
Dollar is up at .8289, down from its previous high
at 83.02 on Friday and today's high at .8287
4:34PM PDST
3:00PM PDST SUNDAY AFTERNOON OPEN

Gold opened down, but then rallied to the 75% point
of the down move from 79150 to 78280, then it
retraces that up move...75% retrace is at 78430.
Notice that gold dropped down to 72820 which is
right on the bottom blue line of the down flag
where it found support. If there are any buyers
in the overnight market, gold should break up and
out of the blue down flag.

7:58AM PDST GOLD COMING BACK DOWN?

Dollar got a bounce, Euro rallied back up and is
now selling off again.
Bonds still down in the 113s,
Stocks move up, then down...what else is new?
Oil...I don't care unless it doesn't come down
to the same prices we had in August of 2007
when oil cost the same as it does now...
Do you really think we are going to see gas down
at those prices again?...come on...I have a bridge for sale.
7:51AM PDST GOLD MOVES UP TO FILL THE BREAK AWAY GAPS THEN FALLS BACK

These markets are now nothing but open season
on inexperienced traders. It's as if the most stupid
of the traders were being run through a narrow
slaughter chute with the pros standing on the sides
above them simply shooting them as the pass by.
Even easier than shooting fish in a barrel.
Caution: Humans at work!
7:24AM PDST TWO BREAKAWAY GAPS DOWN TO THE LOW THEN A BOUNCE, AND NOW A RETEST OF THE LOW

Before this sell off the Euro was moving up
briskly and the dollar was slipping. Gold did not
follow the Euro, though it can lag a bit, or even
sell a little lower and then go up. It didn't do either.
Then the Euro started selling off and gold dumped.
Bonds are down again in the 113s. Oil is up from
its lows but doesn't seem to be a factor right now.
Stocks are up a bit after a gap down opening and
gapped up from the low then gapped down again
forming and "island top" which is a very ominous
chart pattern that resolves down quite precipitously
Stocks look like they are in for a very large drop.
