7:19AM PST DOLLAR UP TO .8419, EURO STILL FALLING


Gold is trading like it wants to rise from 821,
but it could suddenly drop like a rock if the
dollar doesn't pull back and the Euro start back up.
Oil falling doesn't help at all.
