Dollar has risen to .8561 this morning and just
slipped down to .8532.
I longer term, it has formed a flag on the end of a downward flagpole which would resolve LOWER.
Euro has be moving down LONG TERM, but is rising at the moment
Other markets are moving in vague directions for the moment.
