8:19AM PST GOLD FORMING A DOWN FLAG TO MOVE HIGHER


Dollar trading up and down near the lows of the day.
No strength expected.
Dow, oil, Yen and Euro all moving down for now.
Bonds staying up in the 140s
gold could turn back up at 86950 or near it
