DOLLAR MAKES ANOTHER HIGH AT .8514

Euro still moving lower
Oil wavering near its lows
Dow still slipping, now up only 70 points or so
Bonds holding in a trading range but not falling
anymore but have recently taken out previous
intermediate lows yesterday and may go lower.
And will eventually crash driving interest rates
through the roof
