UPDATE: EURO, OIL, DOW ALL MOVING UP, BONDS FALLING AGAIN

Gold forming a tiny down flag at the top of this last rally
which should resolve UP... and does move higher, but

painfully slowly and gradually.

This is worse than going to the dentist!
Dollar slips to .8497 because the PPT can't keep it suspended
in air forever.
