AFTER MAKING NEW HIGHS THIS EVENING, GOLD PULLS BACK, BUT HOW FAR?

Gold moves lower. Volume is very light

Dollar is rising some. Hits a high at .857, then

pulls back to .85195 currently.

Euro is moving down after retracing at least 75%

of the most recent intermediate down leg.

Bonds moving down after a 75% retrace of the

last down leg that took out the previous low point

at 124'005. Bonds will eventually collapse driving

interest rates through the roof and possibly the

stratosphere.

Yen is moving down right now after failing to take

out the previous high by about a tick. Significant

when a previous high is not taken out, although

the Yen has been in an uptrend for some time.

Oil, after a good run up from 49 to the 51s, has

now moved down to the mid 50s rather precipitously.

The Dow is down 108 and the S&P is down too tonight.

Gold has been making a steady and gradual decent to

a pinch lower than the 38.2% fib of the up move from the

lower level of the opening gap to the recent high at 91970

(and is now moving lower close to the 50% fib.)

Not a convincing pull back, so gold could continue back up

although, there is lots of time between now and tomorrow's

Crimex open.

as I have typed this and is just now turning up.
